The annual MPP challenge took on a slightly different complexion this year when Alan tagged along to make it a joint MPP / MAP event.
MPP? MAP? Confused.
Well every year the Pommie Paul H heads back to his country of birth and his buddies take him on a 'bit of a cycle'. The aim of this cycle is simple - to make Paul puke (MPP). Whether it be up to the Constantiaberg mast or, as was the case this year, up the mountain from Rhodes Memorial, the guys set about on horrible terrain.

I tagged along and the boys tried hard to make me puke too. It was a close-run thing for a while, but I managed to get my breath back luckily. While there are no photos from the cycle itself (I did take a few of the view but can't put them up yet), we had a bit of brekkie afterwards and the girls and kids joined us for that. Nicole had her camera along and most of these pics are hers....
Christmas was coming up, so I cycled with my Christmas hat.
